The Shed in Bukowiec

Bukowiec is a small summer village located at Lake Solińskie, in Lesko District, at the foot of Korbania (894 m above the sea level).

One of more popular walks chosen by tourists is a hiking trip to Korbania, on top of which is a lookout tower, from which a picturesque panorama spreads. The green trail starts  almost in the center of the village, firstly it leads the asphalt road, which gradually diminishes, turning into a gravel road. After a while we get to the former wood yard, where a large size tourist shed is located. This place was established by the Baligród Forestry Management. The Shelter is fitted with a stove where one can cook and five tables together with benches where one can eat. Next to the shed there is a place for a bonfire, around of which the benches are set. The Forestry Management supplies also wood. There is a large parking lot next to the  shed, where the bus can enter and a toi-toi toilet.
