Nová Sedlica

It is the easternmost village in Slovakia. At the same time, also the starting point to the Kremenec peak, where three borders join. One can also see the Deduška Večerníčka cottage, the only building with a straw roof in the region. It is included in the list of national monuments. It is a cottage similar to a cottage in a sound theme, which short bedtime cartoons for children begin and end with. It has been broadcast on Public Television every day since 1977.

Here you can find one of three Ruthenian open-air dictionaries. A curiosity is that in the village are more registered tractors than passenger cars.
