The Greek Catholic church in Wisłok Wielki is currently a Roman Catholic church of St. Onufry. Its construction was completed in 1853, it is oriented (eastward), wooden, with a log structure, covered with a single-ridge gable roof, covered with shingle. The interior of the temple is covered with polychrome from the 19th century. A complete iconostasis, probably from the time of construction, has been preserved. A characteristic feature of the iconostasis from Wisłok is the lack of a third row of icons - so-called “prazdników” – the icons representing the most important holidays in the liturgical year (intentionally omitted by the author). The icons of St. Nicholas and St. Onufry located in the iconostasis come from later times - from 1902. However, the original ones were placed on the walls of the Orthodox church. Around the temple there is an Orthodox church cemetery, which has three gravestones of local parochs (parish priests). The whole is fenced with a stone wall with a two-story belfry, covered with a hipped roof topped with an onion-shaped helmet with an octagonal apparent lantern. There are three modern bells in the belfry, blessed by the Holy Father John Paul II in Krosno in June 1997. The church is located at the yellow trail running from Wola Piotrowa to Kanasiówka.
